Post-Holiday Member Appreciation Party

It’s hard to believe it is December already, and the holidays are fast approaching. Please download the Western Loss Post Holiday Party INVITATION, and the RESPONSE FORM. Please complete the form and mail with your payment at your earliest opportunity if you plan to attend. You will note the officers have increased the attendance fee and are having a fundraiser at the Post-Holiday Party of Split the Pot (please see the registration form). Half of the proceeds go to the winner and the other half to the Association.

  • Please note response & payment must be received by 1/15/16 provided we are not at capacity prior to that date.
  • No responses will be accepted after that date.
  • There is a limit of three attendees per member vendor company (only members are invited).
  • There is no limit for independent adjusters and no limit for insurance company claim professionals. This is due to the fact that this event typically reaches capacity.

INSURANCE COMPANY PERSONNEL: There is a $25.00 fee per person for the party.

INDEPENDENT ADJUSTERS: There is a $50.00 fee per person for the party.

MEMBER VENDORS: There is a $75.00 fee per person with a limit of three attendees.

Independent adjusters and Vendors: Please pay your 2016 membership fee by January 15, 2016 if due, and please note one check for both the party and dues is acceptable.

Finally, we would like to thank all of the attendees. The success of this event depends on your attendance and support! We hope everyone found the conference educational and enjoyable. As our V.P., Chris Meredith, announced at the dinner, it is very important for the registrants to attend the seminars as well as the receptions and dinner. Students from Madison Area Technical College again attended the conference on Friday, and our President, Kevin McCoy, presented a $1,000.00 scholarship from the Western Loss Association to Martha Lester-Mittenzwei, Risk Management & Insurance Program Instructor.

Western Loss Summer Webinar
Maggiano’s Little Italy Oak Brook, IL

There will be a classroom setting at Maggiano’s Little Italy at 240 Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois, in addition to the virtual training. There will be two hours C.E. credits in IL, TX, WY and IA available, and C.L.E. Credits in IL & MO.

PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment for physical attendance is open to all staff and independent adjusters, insurance company personnel, agents and brokers at this time at NO CHARGE and no limit per company. Please be sure to bring your license number to the class. In one or two weeks, enrollment will be open to member vendors, and an e-mail will go out at that time. This is due to a very limited capacity at Maggiano’s and we want to be sure all of those in need of the C.E. credits have the opportunity to attend. Details will be sent for those planning to participate in the virtual training at a later date. ADMITTANCE TO INSURANCE COMPANY PERSONNEL AND VENDOR MEMBERS ONLY!
