Commercial Estimator / Sales Producer
Universal Restoration Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Estimator/Sales Producer to join their growing team. We are headquartered in the Wheeling area, and are looking for a candidate with thorough knowledge of Xactimate , Microsoft Office and Desiccant drying . The Estimator/Sales Producer is responsible for estimating and selling restoration services to clients and bringing in new business from relationships built with Insurance Adjusters and other lead sources. Candidate must be able to travel nationwide, generate their own leads and come with a track record of success that includes experience in construction project management with excellent written and verbal skills, advanced computer proficiency and developed organizational skills.
Education/Skills/Experience Needed:
- Established contacts in the insurance and restoration industries
- 5 years experience in the use of Xactimate
- College degree or certification in Construction or Project Management
- Previous Sales Experience (3-5 years)
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- A clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred but not required:
- Subcontractor base
- IICRC certification in Fire, Water, and Mold restoration
- HAAG Certification for roofing
- OSHA training and certification
- ASD training and certification
