Loss Coordinator – Universal Restoration Services
Universal Restoration Services is looking for an administrative professional to join their staff as a Loss Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance/restoration industries, haveworking knowledge of Microsoft Office, comfortable on the phone, and have the ability to give exceptional admin support to coworkers.
- Handles incoming calls, e-mails or faxes regarding any losses
- Input the necessary information into UNIS (company specific software)
- Assigns the losses in conjunction with the estimators manager
- Downloads assignments from Xactimate
- Updates Xactnet with on call schedules
- Handles communications and updates with program accounts regarding jobs
- Maintains UNIS database
- Updates confidential client list
- Manages program accounts website passwords
- Update any missing loss information
- Back up to switchboard
- Prints and faxes estimates/scope for departments
- Prints photos for departments
- Creates files and folders
- Any other duties assigned by your manager
