J.C. Restoration, Inc. Seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager
As an exceptional leader in the restoration industry, J.C. Restoration, Inc. (JCR) of Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager, a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Representatives, which are accountable for pursuing both the commercial and insurance segments of the restoration industry. In addition, the Sales and Marketing Manager will handle all public relations matters, promote educational opportunities and develop and manage social media programs.

The duties listed below are the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Manager, but are not limited to the following:

Sales Duties

  • Effectively manage the marketing activity of Sales Representatives by monitoring weekly reporting.
  • Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies.
  • Administrator and auditor of JCR’s Client Relationship Management program (Luxor).
  • Responsible for expense approvals and maintaining the budget of the Marketing Department.
  • Manage the Salesperson assignment by job in JCR’s Accounting/Job Management System.
  • Prepare commission reports for the General Manager on a quarterly basis.

Marketing Duties

  • Responsible for the management of JCR special events.
  • Responsible for handling all public relations matters, which includes seeking out opportunities with multiple media outlets, composing press releases, completing award applications, handling media inquiries, etc.
  • Manage JCR’s corporate website; including creative direction, editing, proofing and administering the site.
  • Monitors and tracks marketing projects to ensure proper and timely completion.
  • Oversee the creation, ordering and tracking of marketing materials in print, internet, and other mediums for a variety of promotional and development projects.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have 3-5 years of experience in successfully leading a team of Sales Representatives in the restoration or related industry. In addition, applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to speak to an audience, work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines. A following of business development contacts is a plus.
